Usage of Convert File Encoding on UWP(Windows 10)

Please select the encoding of the file you want to convert.
(You can filter the list of Encoding.)
Next, select an original file and then select a destination file.(This order is required.)
Even if you enter a file name in the text box it is not recognized.
